Limited Warranty and Return

INNOVOCEAN Marine provides a premium warranty as a testament to our engineering standards. Our boats are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the durations specified below.

Claim Requirement: A copy of the original purchase receipt is mandatory for all claims. Submission must include all pertinent evidence, including high-resolution photos and maintenance records. Note: Warranty coverage is non-transferable, and applies only to original registered owner.

5 YearsBuoyancy tubes, fabric, and seams for: Metal Master, Jet Master, Osprey A, ALS, ALD, ALC, and ALC Deluxe Series.
2 YearsBuoyancy tubes, fabric, and seams for: Osprey B and Navisoul. (Warranty extensions available at time of purchase).
1 YearHull, floor, attachments, motor remote parts, lights, floorboards, seats, oars, air pump, lifting handles, D-rings, valves, anchor holders, transom integrity, console, and steering cables.
30 DaysBoat bags (carry/bow/seat), cushions, bundle/promotion items, and all associated fittings.
7 DaysAll claims for missing or damaged parts must be filed within 7 days of delivery receipt.

Things NOT Covered

The INNOVOCEAN Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from environmental factors, neglect, or improper operation. Specifically excluded items include:

Commercial Use

For vessels used for rental, camps, resorts, or other commercial purposes, this Limited Warranty is restricted to 120 days for parts and two years for PVC material from the date of original purchase.

Owner Responsibility

The owner/operator is solely responsible for the safe operation of the vessel and the safety of its passengers. All provincial and federal requirements (licensing, safety gear, etc.) must be strictly followed.

Heavy Setup Requirement (20HP+): Owners of vessels equipped with 20HP motors or larger are responsible for using appropriate recovery systems. INNOVOCEAN strongly mandates the use of a 3-Point Bow Bridle System and Reinforced 3-Wheel Dolly for shore-based handling to ensure structural integrity.

Shipping and Pick Up

Delivery & Fraud Prevention

To prevent Credit Card fraud, all items valued over $300 will be shipped ONLY to the Billing Address of the credit card used. If your shipping address differs from your billing address, an alternative payment method must be selected. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns Shipping

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Store or Depot Pick Up

For online purchases intended for local pickup, ONLY the cardholder may pick up the product. A valid photo ID and a signature on the pickup slip are mandatory.
