2027 MA360 Armor TPU
INNOVOCEAN MA360 Armor TPU™ (2027)
Engineered for Ontario Waters & Everyday Adventure
A Serious Adventure Boat in a Practical 12 ft Size
The 2027 INNOVOCEAN MA360 Armor TPU™ brings the heavy-duty design philosophy of the Metal Master Armor TPU™ Series into a practical 12 ft class inflatable boat.
At 11'10", the MA360 is designed for boaters who want substantial stability, protection, and usable interior space without moving to a larger and heavier boat.
With large 51 cm tubes, a spacious 90 cm interior width, 20 HP recommended power, and an 818 kg maximum load capacity, the MA360 is an excellent platform for fishing, cottage use, family boating, camping, and everyday exploration.
Rather than simply adding more accessories, the MA360 focuses on what matters every time you use the boat:
Usable space. Practical power. Better protection. Easier ownership.
Tube = Gear. Transom = Strength. Floor = People.
Ontario-Optimized 15" Short-Shaft Design
Practical Power Without Unnecessary Cost or Complexity.
The MA360 is purpose-designed for widely available 15" short-shaft propeller outboards.
With 20 HP recommended power and up to 25 HP maximum power, the MA360 delivers strong recreational performance without requiring a large or specialized outboard.
For Ontario lake, cottage, and fishing applications, conventional short-shaft propeller outboards offer practical advantages:
Wide motor availability
Lower purchase cost compared with many specialized motor configurations
Good cruising efficiency
Strong fuel economy
Practical cruising range
Easier servicing and replacement
Compatibility with popular portable outboards
For many MA360 owners, a 20 HP short-shaft outboard provides an excellent balance of performance, operating cost, and everyday usability.
The MA360 is designed around the type of motor many recreational boaters actually want to own.
Anti-Surge Raised-Side Transom™
15" Short-Shaft Convenience with Smarter Stern Protection.
A conventional 15" transom requires a relatively low motor mounting area at the stern.
The MA360 takes a smarter approach.
The central motor mounting area retains the correct height for a 15" short-shaft outboard, while raised reinforced aluminum sections on both sides of the motor help reduce water entering from the stern during deceleration, following waves, and choppy conditions.
The reinforced transom provides:
15" short-shaft compatibility
Raised side protection
Heavy-duty aluminum construction
Strong motor support
Increased structural rigidity
Additional stern wave protection
Integrated hardware mounting areas
The result combines the practical advantages of a short-shaft outboard with a more protected stern design.
Short-shaft practicality without simply making the entire stern low.
Clear-Deck Tube-Top Cargo System™
More Gear Around the Tubes. More Room Inside the Boat.
Interior space becomes especially valuable in a 12 ft boat.
Fuel, dry bags, fishing equipment, oars, and camping gear can quickly fill the floor of a conventional inflatable boat.
The MA360 is designed differently.
Its reinforced tube-top cargo and attachment areas help move more equipment away from the centre floor and toward the tubes.
Ideal for organizing:
Dry bags
Fishing equipment
Camping gear
Oars and long equipment
Docking and mooring lines
Frequently used outdoor gear
Moving equipment toward the tubes helps provide:
More usable interior floor space
Less clutter underfoot
Easier passenger movement
More room for casting and fishing
Easier boarding and unloading
A cleaner, better organized cockpit
In a compact boat, smart use of space can matter more than simply adding more length.
Move the gear out. Open the boat up.
1.6 mm Armor TPU™ Full Bottom Protection
Built for Canadian Shorelines and Real-World Launching.
The bottom of an inflatable boat regularly comes into contact with some of the toughest surfaces it encounters.
Traditional keel guards concentrate protection mainly along the centreline.
The MA360 goes further.
1.6 mm Armor TPU™ Full Bottom Protection adds a durable protective layer across the high-wear underside of the boat.
Protected areas include:
Hull bottom
Keel area
Bottom of both inflatable tubes
The additional TPU reinforcement helps protect against abrasion and everyday contact with:
Rocky shorelines
Gravel beaches
Concrete launch ramps
Sand
Driftwood
Shallow landing areas
Benefits include:
Full-bottom abrasion protection
Increased resistance to everyday wear
Additional protection in vulnerable bottom areas
Greater confidence when beaching and launching
Reduced wear on the primary boat fabric
Longer service life in demanding environments
Whether launching from a cottage shoreline, gravel beach, conventional ramp, or remote camping location, Armor TPU™ provides additional protection where the boat needs it most.
New Deep-V Rugged Hull
Stable. Predictable. Designed for Real Loads.
The redesigned MA360 Deep-V inflatable hull is engineered to provide a strong balance of stability, directional control, and efficient performance.
Combined with the large 51 cm tubes, the hull provides substantial buoyancy and lateral support while maintaining a generous 90 cm interior width.
The MA360 hull is designed for:
Stable planing
Confident directional control
Strong lateral stability
Predictable handling under load
Comfortable operation in moderate chop
Efficient performance with appropriately sized outboards
With 20 HP recommended power, the MA360 provides a practical balance between performance and portable outboard ownership.
For customers requiring additional performance, the MA360 is rated for up to 25 HP.
Large 51 cm Adventure Tubes
Big-Boat Stability in a Practical 12 ft Platform.
One of the MA360's defining features is its large 51 cm tube diameter.
The same design philosophy used on the larger Metal Master models gives the MA360 substantial reserve buoyancy and stability while preserving a spacious 90 cm interior width.
The large tubes contribute to:
Strong reserve buoyancy
Stable lateral support
Excellent load-carrying capability
Greater confidence with multiple passengers
Stable operation in changing water conditions
The tubes also play an important role in the Clear-Deck design by providing useful exterior space for securing and organizing equipment.
The result is a 12 ft class boat that feels substantial on the water without unnecessarily increasing overall length.
Fiberglass Bow Deck + Full EVA Comfort Floor
A Better Place to Stand, Fish and Spend the Day.
The forward section of the MA360 uses a rigid fiberglass bow deck designed for one of the highest-contact areas of the boat.
It provides a durable platform for:
Boarding
Loading equipment
Working around the bow
Everyday contact and wear
The main heavy-duty aluminum floor is finished with marine EVA decking.
EVA provides:
Comfortable standing surface
Wet-condition traction
Reduced foot fatigue
Quieter movement while fishing
Easier cleaning
Premium finished appearance
Combined with the Clear-Deck Tube-Top Cargo System™, the floor becomes a true passenger and working area rather than simply a place to store equipment.
German MehlerHeytex Heavy-Duty PVC
Premium Marine Fabric at the Core.
The MA360 is constructed using German MehlerHeytex heavy-duty PVC fabric, combined with welded construction and reinforcement in high-contact areas.
Construction includes:
German MehlerHeytex marine PVC
High-strength welded seams
Heavy-duty rubbing strake
Reinforced high-contact tube areas
Marine-grade valves
Reinforced aluminum transom structure
1.6 mm Armor TPU™ bottom protection
The design philosophy is straightforward:
Use stronger materials where they make a meaningful difference.
Built for Ontario Boating
The MA360 is particularly well suited for:

Armor TPU™ bottom protection and tube-top cargo capability make the MA360 well suited to carrying dry bags, camping equipment, fishing gear, and other outdoor essentials.
Family Boating
Large tubes, an open interior layout, EVA-covered floor, and substantial carrying capacity provide a stable and versatile platform for family days on the water.
Tender & Multi-Purpose Use
Its practical size makes the MA360 suitable for customers who need substantial capability without moving to a 13 or 14 ft inflatable boat.
The Practical Adventure Boat
The MA360 is designed for customers who want the capability of a serious inflatable boat but don't necessarily need the size of the MA380 or MA420.
At 11'10", with 51 cm tubes, 90 cm interior width, 20 HP recommended power, 25 HP maximum power, and 818 kg maximum load capacity, it packs substantial capability into a practical 12 ft class platform.
Its design philosophy remains simple:
Tube = Gear.
Transom = Strength.
Floor = People.
Armor TPU™ protects the underside.
The Clear-Deck Tube-Top Cargo System™ helps move equipment away from the centre floor.
The Anti-Surge Raised-Side Transom™ combines 15" short-shaft convenience with smarter stern protection.
Large 51 cm tubes provide stability and reserve buoyancy.
The fiberglass bow deck and aluminum/EVA floor create a comfortable, durable working area.
The result is a boat that's easier to own without giving up the features that matter on the water.
