15" Short-Shaft Convenience with Smarter Stern Protection.

A traditional short-shaft inflatable boat requires a relatively low motor mounting area at the stern.

The MA380 retains the correct central mounting height for a 15" short-shaft outboard, while using raised reinforced aluminum sections on both sides of the motor.

This design helps reduce water entering from the stern during deceleration, following waves, and choppy conditions while maintaining practical short-shaft motor compatibility.
