The bow lift handle is for manual use only.
Do not attach your winch to this handle—it may tear or strain the material.
Never pull the boat onto dry bunks.
Always wet both the boat bottom and trailer bunks to prevent abrasion or tearing.
Adjust the rise bar and lift the bunks to:
Prevent contact between the boat tubes and the trailer's Bunks.
Support the hull evenly across its base.
Position the bow stop so the boat’s transom aligns correctly with the trailer.
This ensures safe towing and easy launch/retrieval.
Always use a three-point towing bridle to spread the load.
If the boat resists movement, use your hands instead of the winch.
Handles and D-rings are built for manual tension only—not winch force.
To keep your inflatable boat safe during transport:
Connect the bridle securely to avoid strain on any one point.
Use transom tie-downs to hold the rear of the boat snugly in place.
Secure the front half of the boat to the trailer with a ratchet strap.
Keep the motor down during trailering if it clears the ground by at least 10 inches.
If not, tilt it up and install a transom saver to support and protect the engine.
When launching or pulling the boat out of the water:
Always tilt the motor up first to avoid scraping or impact.
Keep movements smooth and steady to protect the hull.
Soft hull inflatables need a little extra care when trailering—but following the steps above will keep your boat safe and ready for action every time.
